What to Expect When You Apply
Everyone at Altium is part of a pioneering journey as we drive the electronics industry forward. We are changing an industry that’s changing the world, and we know at times the demands can be great. But the rewards of contributing to global progress are greater, and that’s what we are all here to do.
The application process is outlined below. We invite you to apply, and wish you the best in your journey.
Qualifying phone or Zoom call with an Altium recruiter to assess qualifications for the role, individual’s alignment with Altium’s vision, and team add.
Role-specific deep dive into qualifications, technical skills, assessment of previous projects, background history, and fit.
If it’s a technical role, candidates can anticipate a technical skills assessment relevant to the position.
Opportunity for candidates to meet with their direct manager and learn specifics about the role. Manager assesses skills and long-term fit.
Selected candidate for the opportunity will receive a verbal offer followed by documentation for signature and corresponding benefits information.
All Altium new hires are required to participate in a background check. The process typically takes no more than a week.
Timeline: Our recruitment team works quickly with a typical 2–3-week timeline from first touch to offer. We try to get back to job candidates within 48–72 hours regardless of news and work to share any feedback we can provide along the way.
